THE STIPULATION OF THIS ARGUMENT WAS THAT THE CITADEL COULD CONTINUE TO EXCLUDE WOMEN ON THE STATE CREATED COMPARABLE PROGRAMS FOR WOMEN. AN APPARENT VICTORY FOR THE CITADEL.
